This policy explains how COADFLY collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, connect services, or use COADFLY products.
Information we collect
Account and business information
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, real estate license details, brokerage and team information, market areas, business addresses, websites, profile links, communication preferences, and account settings.
Brand and content information
We may collect logos, headshots, colors, templates, listing information, photos, videos, documents, prompts, drafts, approvals, contact-card details, and other material you upload or ask COADFLY or COADY AI to create or organize.
Connected services
When you connect a social network, Google service, CRM, email provider, analytics provider, print provider, or other third-party service, we receive information needed to establish and maintain that connection. This can include account identifiers, permissions, connection status, publishing destinations, and access or refresh credentials. We use those credentials only to provide the connected functionality you request.
Contacts and marketing activity
If you import contacts, we may process names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, tags, notes, and campaign history on your behalf. We also process scheduled content, publishing status, delivery receipts, post performance, approvals, and related marketing activity.
Billing and technical information
Payments are processed by Stripe. COADFLY receives billing identifiers, plan and subscription status, transaction status, and limited payment information, but not your full card number. We may also collect device, browser, IP address, log, diagnostic, security, and usage information.
How we use information
- Provide, personalize, secure, and support COADFLY products.
- Create, schedule, publish, analyze, print, or deliver marketing that you request or authorize.
- Operate COADY AI and generate drafts, recommendations, and creative output using your saved settings.
- Manage accounts, subscriptions, billing, connected services, and customer support.
- Measure product performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Send service notices and, where permitted, information about COADFLY products.
- Comply with law and protect COADFLY, our customers, and others.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect rights and safety, or comply with law. Service providers may include hosting and database providers, payment processors, AI providers, social publishing and analytics providers, storage and rendering providers, communications providers, and print or mailing providers. Connected platforms receive content and data when you direct COADFLY to use them. We do not sell personal information for money.
Artificial intelligence
Information you submit to COADY AI may be sent to AI service providers to generate requested results. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing customer-facing content and confirming factual, licensing, advertising, fair-housing, and brokerage compliance before use.
Your choices and rights
You can update many profile and brand settings in your account, disconnect supported integrations, and manage your subscription through the available billing tools. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Email support@coadfly.com to make a request.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
COADFLY is a business service and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-party services
Third-party platforms and websites have their own terms and privacy practices. COADFLY is not responsible for their independent practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as COADFLY evolves. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice when required.
