These terms govern your access to COADFLY websites, applications, subscriptions, connected services, COADY AI, and related marketing tools. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login, limiting access to authorized people, and promptly notifying us of suspected misuse. COADFLY VA plans are designed for one individual agent account unless COADFLY expressly offers a different account type.
Subscriptions and billing
VA plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. No free trial is offered. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply. You can manage available billing options through the customer portal or contact support@coadfly.com. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are nonrefundable.
Your content and brand
You retain ownership of material you provide. You grant COADFLY the limited rights needed to host, process, adapt, render, publish, transmit, print, and otherwise use that material to provide the services you request. You represent that you have permission to use all uploaded names, logos, photos, videos, listings, contact data, and other material.
COADY AI and generated output
COADY AI assists with drafts, ideas, wording, organization, and marketing output. Generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing facts, property details, dates, prices, disclosures, claims, spelling, contact information, and final creative before use. COADFLY does not provide legal, tax, lending, appraisal, brokerage, or fair-housing advice.
Real estate and marketing compliance
You are responsible for following applicable laws, advertising rules, fair-housing requirements, licensing rules, MLS rules, brokerage policies, brand standards, consent requirements, and platform terms. You must not use COADFLY to discriminate, mislead, spam, infringe rights, publish unlawful content, or market without required permission.
Connected platforms
Features that connect with social networks, Google services, CRMs, email providers, analytics services, payment providers, print services, or other third parties depend on those providers. Their rules, availability, review processes, rate limits, and service changes may affect COADFLY functionality. You authorize COADFLY to act on your instructions through connected accounts.
Publishing, approvals, print, and postage
Automated content may be eligible to publish unless you disapprove it, according to your account settings and purchased service. Some customer-created or consequential actions may require approval. Review deadlines and delivery times matter; failures or delays by third-party destinations may occur. Print, postage, mailing lists, and other pass-through costs are quoted and approved separately unless checkout states otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass security, access another customer's information, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, misuse credentials, scrape protected areas, resell an individual account, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use COADFLY for unlawful or abusive activity.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, replace, add, or discontinue features. Coming Soon products are not included until COADFLY makes them available. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, prevent harm, address nonpayment, investigate misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription through available billing tools. Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
Intellectual property
COADFLY, COADY AI, our software, product designs, trademarks, and original service materials belong to COADFLY or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, or guaranteed marketing results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, COADFLY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform actions, or missed business opportunities arising from the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
